Cut 100 calories AT BREAKFAST
Swap OJ for the real deal-a fresh orange.
Ditch the Yoplait Thick and Creamy and have a Yoplait Fiber 1.
Skip the whip on any 16-ounce coffee drink
Scramble 3 egg whites together instead of 2 whole eggs.
Toss the Pop-Tart for a slice of whole grain high fiber toast with blueberry jam.
Order pancakes but hold the butter.

Cut 100 calories WHEN YOU’RE NOT COOKING
Go with the plain baked potato, not the mashed.
Request steamed not fried rice.
Avoid anything breaded. Bread and flour not only add calories but are also cooked in more oil.
Choose a lycopene enriched spaghetti sauce instead of Alfredo sauce on pasta.
Dip your bread in marinara sauce instead of olive oil

I always monitor my Calories when i eat. I make sure that i dont eat foods that are very high in carbohydrates or foods with very high calories.

I am very conscious about my Calorie intake when eating. I usually restrict my Calorie intake so as not to gain weight and also i am into a low carb, low fat diet.
