In an effort to find employment in one of the worst recessions in history, lots of people continue to hone their resumes simply to get around the job-sphere. Truth is that getting an admin jobs is not so different from finding any other kind of job. You have scour the job boards, get your resume out, talk to whoever you know and convince decision-makers that you are the one that they should hire.
